I do this thing where I don’t like to work out on a full stomach, but then procrastinate on working out, and then lo and behold, it’s noon, I haven’t eaten, haven’t gone on a run, and am languishing away in my apartment. It’s been especially tough to muster the momentum to get out of the door when it’s still getting down to 15 degrees in NYC.
