I Tried Mormon Blender Pancakes

I never expected to learn something genuinely inspiring about food while living in Salt Lake City. After all, Utah’s most famous culinary contributions are funeral potatoes — a creamy, cheesy casserole often topped with cornflakes, traditionally served at post-service gatherings in the Mormon community — and fry sauce, which, while delicious, is essentially just ketchup mixed with mayo.

Let’s be honest: It’s not exactly the gastronomic capital of the world. But recently, I had to eat my words…alongside a stack of amazing, whole wheat blender pancakes.
